Olympic Champion!

Jones Takes Historic Medal

Jenny Jones took the snowboard slopestyle bronze to get Britain’s first ever Winter Olympic medal on snow. It was well deserved after a decade in the sport saw the inclusion of slopestyle in the Winter Olympics towards the end of her career. American Jamie Anderson took gold.
Snowboarding king Shaun White, the 2006 and 2010 Olympic champion, saw his reign come to an end as he attempted an historic third consecutive halfpipe gold. He finished fourth as Iouri Podladtchikov took gold.
