After bronze in 2006 and silver in 2010, Steve Lewis finally got gold in the pole vault with 5.55. Luke Cutts took silver with the same height.
Isobel Pooley got silver in the high jump with a PB 1.92.
After just making the final of the 800 metres as a fastest loser, Lynsey Sharp spent the night in hospital on a drip. Somehow she managed to snatch silver on the line in 2:01.34! World champion Eunice Sum took gold with 2:00.31.
Olympic champion Sally Pearson won gold in the 100 metres hurdles in 12.67 as Tiffany Porter took silver in 12.80.
